This thesis is supported by latest neuroscientifical knowledge. The Neuro Leadership approach is based on the insight, that emotional knowledge about experiences is also being stored in our body. Neuro Leadership uses non-verbal communication techniques, engineers potentials with deep impact on personality development and provokes an expansion of leadership techniques for the participants by activating neuro-biological potentials of body perception and body-centered cognition. These potentials are discovered and obtained through innerspecies interaction with horses during our seminars.

Interested participants gain valuable information about their efficacy on others and learn about self-efficacy and the development of awareness capabilities and how to utilize nonverbal communication into a professional and personal area. The methodology contains individual coaching as well as the development of team and team leadership skills.

During the innerspecies interaction with horses we are using Natural Horsemanship - techniques. Natual horsemanship also means to respect that horses need proper life conditions such as living in a herd and tolerance towards their specific needs especially working with horses without force. For this reason I only cooperate with selected stables which honor and respect horses in this way. Trainings are not limited to Germany and can be offered in an internaitonal context.
